Georg Castell’s focus as a civil law notary is on real estate law and real estate transactions as well as on succession and inheritance planning and related family matters. In these areas, he also advises business and private clients and non-profit organizations in his capacity as a practicing attorney, also providing legal counsel regarding unresolved property issues, e.g. in case of art looted during the National Socialist era.
Georg Castell relies on many years of experience in supporting his Germany-based as well as international clients with their investments in Germany. He attaches great importance to rendering individual and pragmatic advice taking into account not only the specific legal challenge, but also the business, personal and economic objectives of the client.
